Mr. and Mrs. Phillips

These two high school sweethearts are celebrating their 10 year wedding anniversary this year and to celebrate, they wanted to go back to where it all started... their hometown High School. We visited their favorite make-out spot, old lockers, snuck out to the football field and rekindled the teenager in the both of them. Happy Anniversary you guys! You have created such a beautiful family together (can you believe she has birthed 3 boys?? One HOT mama!) and have still managed to stay madly in love with one another through it all. So grateful to call you not only clients but friemily (just made that word up. Its friends and family combined)

mini LOVE session giveaway winners!

Julia was the big local winner for the mini LOVE session giveaway!

She and he husband have been married for 39 years and they were WAY overdue for some portraits. I LOVE that they brought their CUTE dog Delta along for the shoot. She was a fun addition. I don't think I have ever needed to bark or make cats sounds the way I did for this session! We were all laughing, it was hilarious. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do to get the shot right?! Mike loves the water, hence the name Delta for their puppy, so this was the perfect location to meet. Julia had some great ideas as to what she wanted and I hope that I was successful in pulling those off! It's not too often that I get to photograph a couple who has been in love for so long and it was fun to get to do something a little different.

Andrea & Nathan: Engagement Sneak Peek

I was so excited when I got the call for this engagement session! Its been a LONG time since I've had the chance to do one and it was a lot of fun. We went to 3 GREAT locations and I got a TON of awesome shots. The only bad part of the shoot was almost getting attacked by three dogs!! Scariest moment ever! Today is the official 'Sweetest Day' Holiday according to my calendar...

Over due..

Back in June I was fortunate enough to be asked to photograph this couples 55th wedding anniversary! They are so sweet and so in love. They have traveled the world, raised a beautiful and talented family and gone on missions. I truly strive to have accomplished half the things these to have when we celebrate our 55th. Here is a little look as to what the evening brought.

These two car lovers are getting hitched in a couple months and i had the opportunity to take their engagement photos! It was a bite of a challenge for me because they requested that the photos would have a car theme. So i did the best i could.
