The Browns are a beautiful family inside and out and I had so much fun capturing their playful side at our fall-ish mini session a couple months back. I think my favorite shots of the session are the last two, especially the one with fox ears on dad!

Lovely love THIS family.

I have been photographing these beautiful people since before their sweet daughter was born, and now she's 3yrs old! I have to say, that is one of the cool things about this job of mine. I love watching these families grow, not only in size but in age as well. It kinda makes me feel like I'm sort of apart of the family in a teeny tiny way. Like a distant aunt, twice removed or something like that… but anyways, we had a great session. These first couple images are my favorite. I could not have asked for better light! Soooo golden and beautiful. I hope these images put big fat smiles on this families faces and to all those who see them. Enjoy.

mini LOVE session giveaway winners!

Julia was the big local winner for the mini LOVE session giveaway!

She and he husband have been married for 39 years and they were WAY overdue for some portraits. I LOVE that they brought their CUTE dog Delta along for the shoot. She was a fun addition. I don't think I have ever needed to bark or make cats sounds the way I did for this session! We were all laughing, it was hilarious. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do to get the shot right?! Mike loves the water, hence the name Delta for their puppy, so this was the perfect location to meet. Julia had some great ideas as to what she wanted and I hope that I was successful in pulling those off! It's not too often that I get to photograph a couple who has been in love for so long and it was fun to get to do something a little different.

The fair is so much fun! I need to make these full on regular sessions next year because there are too many fun places to check out for photos and not enough time! I had fun shooting my sister in laws family this year who were conveniently visiting from Texas. Love these guys!

Fair Sessions 2012- Romios Family

Love this family! Love that I see their family grow every year! I swear I need MORE TIME with these sessions! They are cut off too quickly for all the fun stuff I want to make them do :) But we got in all the essentials... family fun, games, food and rides!
