Since this was a Summer Themed contest I thought the prize needed to go along with that theme and so what else out there screams summer better than OTTER POPS! And since this is a photography contest it's only appropriate to giveaway an underwater camera! I LOVE UNDERWATER CAMERAS!! I hope you enjoy your lovely prize Heather :D
